The approach to my work is the pursuit of excellence, seeking beauty and simplicity, simultaneously. I am looking to pass on a feeling to the viewer and this varies from work to work but mostly anong the theme of joy, peace and harmony. Symbolism is a important part of my work.

Inspiration comes from within, for me I find the best work is created when I am alone in the studio without any outside influence and its also when I am most happy.

The preferred medium is corten for its beauty, longevity, and ability to sit well in the built and natural environment. On occasion I may also choose work with stainless or bronze.
